Our Story
About Hope in Hearts
Hope in Hearts is a faith-driven nonprofit dedicated to rebuilding lives and restoring dignity for individuals and families affected by poverty, injustice, homelessness, trauma, and crisis. We serve as a Kingdom distribution center—meeting urgent needs while building long-term solutions that transform communities from the inside out.
Founded by U.S. Army veteran and forgiveness coach Tikesha Hearn McNulty, Hope in Hearts believes that every life holds value and purpose. Through strategic partnerships, innovative housing solutions, crisis response, economic empowerment, and global outreach—we put love into action, one heart at a time.

Sex Trafficking
According to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, 1 in 7 of the more than 23,500 runaways are likely a victim of child sex trafficking. In the State Department 2019 report, it was reported that the three top nations of origin for human trafficking victims were the United States, Mexico and the Philippines
Domestic Violence
On average, nearly 20 people per minute are physically abused by an intimate partner in the United States. During one year, this equates to more than 10 million women and men. 1 in 15 children are exposed to intimate partner violence each year, and 90% of these children are eyewitnesses to this violence.

1. Trash to Treasure Recycling Initiative
Hope in Hearts leads the Trash to Treasure Recycling Initiative—a groundbreaking movement to convert unrecycled plastic waste into durable, fire-resistant homes. This initiative powers the development of Villages of Hope, which provide transitional housing for veterans, re-entry citizens, domestic violence survivors, and transitional-age youth.
Construction Partner: In My Fatherz House Construction Company (IMFH) utilizes recycled plastic bricks to build both transitional and full-scale affordable housing units—some starting as low as $45,000.

2. My Sisterz Keeperz
This mentorship and empowerment program supports women and girls overcoming trauma from domestic violence, sexual abuse, trafficking, and generational cycles of brokenness.
Services include:
Forgiveness Coaching and Healing Circles
Crisis Center (toiletries, clothing, resources)
Empowerment Workshops
Yearly Fundraiser Event: One Night With the King, honoring survivors and raising funds for crisis intervention and mentorship
3. Hope to Hire
This employment program provides part-time job opportunities for underserved individuals, second chancers, and Indigenous community members. Participants work at major sports and entertainment venues like State Farm Stadium while gaining income and mentorship toward long-term economic stability.
4. One Heart: Global Outreach
Through our One Heart program, Hope in Hearts sponsors families across the globe—providing monthly support for food, medical care, and daily essentials.
Formerly: 12 families in the Philippines
Currently: 9 families in Ghana
